• For frozen product deliveries, proper storage upon receipt is the customer’s responsibility.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Cancellations can only be made within a limited timeframe after placing the order. Please contact us immediately.
• We do not offer refunds for frozen food & ready-to-eat items unless there is a valid quality or service issue.
• In case of damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 24 hours with evidence (photo or video) for review.
